the mistake i made is when i moved the needle a bit on my turntable and it sounded first good and then when i moved the needle a bit its sound got worser 2th mistake i was just a bit playing with the toneararm lifter and then it made the arm run down the record and scratch it as hell

😥I didn't eat those cereals, and my notoriously finicky self could not convince my parents that I would eat any of those that had the records on them. I was a Rice Krispies guy - still am - so I had to content myself to sending away for the four song EP that I got with box tops, but that wasn't until college. The good news - my brother ate Fruit Loops, and briefly, THOSE boxes contained a Hip Pocket (single-sided, unlike the ones you could buy in a store) record of a story; ours were Tom Thumb and Little Red Riding Hood.

I grew up with these (and still have them.) Also, it wasn't limited to 7" records. Disneyland had "Magic Mirror" records, where the LP jacket also was a the story book; the cover had a cut-out portion with a mirror drawn around it, so you got a glimpse of the title page. . For major manufacturers, you left out Golden Records from the people who published those Little Golden Books. They put out box sets of Lps as well as the 45 rpm sets. On their records, there even was a signal to let you know when to turn the page, in addition to a prompt from the reader. Columbia also had a series out - the Madeline books were among their many offerings. The idea of mixed media for children actually goes back further than the 1940s, to at least the 1920s. Tiny Tots Records, made (I think) by the same company that produced Little Wonder Records, sold sets that contained either a booklet or a series of postcards with the text of the story on the reverse. These 78 records either were 5" or 7".

i dont have anything from hertz under 20 hertz and i have a 30cm (12 inch) subwoofer and i actually like it, it might be also because i dont have enough power using my home amp but my house still shakes

I have two bootleg vinyl records. The Who Live At Tanglewood (Simply titled Live 1970) and the Live At Woodstock show on vinyl.

I bought a similar kit from my local record store. They will refill the cleaning solution for five bucks and i find it works really well!

You could get the LP60 if you don’t care about the fancy schmancy extra features that the LP120 comes with. The 120 is a 3-speed DJ turntable with skate correction, the LP60 is a 2-speed turntable which is more basic.

Also my record player works fine I don’t need speakers

i suggest get an lp60x audio technica if you are a starter and want something good. its full automatic and works great with built in preamp and has a reasonable cost. those suitcase cheap turntables with a 5 dollars needle are a joke. get away from it. i would not put the lp120 into the starter category. it needs manual operating which is a bit more tricky and is twice the price of an lp60x.

Come one no needs that much music in their personal collection which is more of a hoard tbh and he’s not going to listen to 99.5% of it either
